Travel in Australia - Dining

Takoyaki

Look so yum, right? This is one of my favourite Japanese cuisines in Hong Kong. Though I suppose it is difficult to look for a Japanese restaurant, it turns out quite easy to find it! There are sushi bar in this restaurant as well. Both sushi and dishes are plentiful and tasty.

Food stall in Sydney Paddy's Market (Flemington)

Sydney Paddy's Market is famous in Australia. You can always find products with good value in the Market. Check "Travel in Australia - Shopping" out later for more information!

Kebab and Fish "n" Chips are good ideas in the Market. Kebab is a wrap of fresh vegetables like tomatoes, chicken or beef with tasty sauces. It is similar to chicken or beef roll in Hong Kong. Fish "n" Chips is fried fish with french fries. The chips here is so tasty because of its seasonings - chicken salts (or seasoned salt). It is in a slight yellow colour. In Australia and New Zealand, it comes to be the second ingredient after salt.

Always beware of Forklifts in the market since there are lots of transactions in the morning. Entry is free of charge!

Panda Bun

This cute and lovely Panda Bun is available in Chatswood! They are actually Chinese steamed bread. Just try a little bite, you can feel its soft texture with hot and rich custard or red bean inside. Apart from this, other traditional dishes like Crispy Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork are also recommended.
